Sustainable Subscription Model

For the past seven years, refundr has proudly offered a completely free platform to help tax clients and their tax professionals collaborate more effectively. The new subscription model will apply solely to users who have completed tax returns otherwise access remains free for everyone else.

This modest annual subscription will sustain the simple, secure service we've built together and to invest in new features ahead. We have deliberately kept pricing low and accessible so that refundr remains an affordable partner for everyone:

  • Canadian returns. $1 per month, billed annually ($12 per year)
  • US/CAD returns. $2 per month, billed annually ($24 per year)

These funds will support the ongoing maintenance of our award-winning, user-friendly workflow and the secure document management you already trust. We have now built a stable, straightforward version that works for all users, and the subscription ensures we can preserve that simplicity and reliability while continuing to improve the platform.

Upcoming Features

Looking ahead, we are excited to develop dedicated mobile apps for viewing tax returns on the go and easier ability to upload documents. We are also excited about a new integrated receipt management tool to be released this year which will let you organize receipts directly alongside your tax documents for a seamless experience.
